F.E.I. (International Equestrian Federation) World Rider Rankings, as of February 28, 2010

Rider rankings are tabulated by the International Equestrian Federation (usually during the first ten days of each month) and are based on performances in the twelve-month period prior to the end of the calendar month just ended.


Top-Twenty Canadian Riders

The top-twenty Canadian show jumping riders, in accordance with their ranking on the International Equestrian Federation (FEI) World Rider Rankings, as at January 31, 2010. Riders are ranked by their performances in FEI-sanctioned competition. They are ranked by the rider's points only, not rider/horse combination.

  • The top-seven riders on the Canadian rankings remain the same as of February 28 as one month earlier
  • Eric Lamaze remains #1 in Canada and moved up from 4th to 2nd in the world 
  • Edmonton native Tani Zeidler jumped into the top-20 in Canada after a long absence. Zeidler has competed on the winter circuits in both Florida and California so far this season.
  • David Arcand moved back into the top-twenty in Canada after a short absence, rounding out a three-way tie for 20th place
